The third quarter of 2022 is coming to a close. It’s hard to believe the year is three fourths over. Though there is volatility in the market, we have a large number of preapproved buyers who are ready to purchase a home and are actively searching. There has been a lot of talk about what’s going on the real estate market and whether or not it’s a good time to buy or sell a home.
